Speaking & Workshops
“Rarely, if ever, are any of us healed in isolation. Healing is an act of communion. ”
I have always believed that there is healing power in community.
Healthy communities offer opportunities for social interaction and engagement, collaboration, support, and learning – all of which promote personal growth and a sense of purpose and belonging.
I hope to connect and make impact in the communities that I am a part of through workshop facilitation and speaking engagements. Each experience is uniquely curated to the needs of attendees with the hopes of providing educational awareness and building practical skills.
I enjoy speaking on topics around burnout prevention and recovery, boundaries, the necessity of rest and the importance of self-care. Let’s collaborate.
